        Ok the Dr. that I saw (male) was amazing from the moment I walked in! I usually go to the Urgent Care on Holcombe but WOW! Love him! Quick, efficient and you can tell likes his job! Walked in with my nephew who was yelling in pain holding his ear. He gave him pain medicine instantly, checked his ear and was thorough. Not like the peds. female Dr. at Holcombe Deffinetwly recommend.

I observed a clear focus on monetary matters over attending to individual's health and needs, which left me feeling perplexed and dismayed. An incident involving an elderly lady seeking assistance further highlighted this disregard for customer care, which was quite troubling to witness. As a customer who values personalized and compassionate service, I believe it is crucial for businesses to prioritize the well-being and comfort of their clients.
