My Tile

Do not use them. You have been warned. They are dishonest and hire subcontractors that are terrible. The subcontractors are Master Flooring by Irving Garcia. We have reached out to My Tile for the warranty and even showed up to the store, but they use a young guy there just to get your info and nothing gets done. Missing grout, loose tiles, hollow sounds like they were saving on mortar. If you want it done cheap to sell a house and also be dishonest these are your guys. Never pay cash. You need a paper trail to fight back. Also they left a freaking mess. He also charged 1000 more for bad measuring. His name is Yassin. God Bless Texas.

Bought from this company, paid for the tile. 8 months later, the vendor they bought the tile from contacted me to say I needed to pay them for the tile. Turns out My Tile never paid the supplier and then just referred them to me, even though I already paid My Tile!

Unbelievable large variety of tile for seemingly a small place! Great efficient service. They even came to measure and install tile. Mohammed was great sales guy and Israel a fabulous installer! Super happy!
