This showroom is absolutely amazing! So many beautiful and inspiring tile designs for anything. Angie immediately greeted us and took care of all our inquiries (even offered us water). She worked with us to find the right options for backsplash and floors for our kitchen we are redoing. We left with a bag of fantastic samples and a very positive experience. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.

I have enjoyed working with Briana Nymann, she knows the product and the best application for it. The showroom is outstanding with the most current product available. I would highly recommend taking a visit to see the newly remodeled showroom.

I have called seven times today. Receptionist consistently passes me to somebody's voicemail. All I want to do is find out if they have a sample of a certain tile in stock before I drive 40 minutes up there. I have literally been calling since 8am and it is now 2pm and nobody will call me back. I keep just getting passed to voicemails. Receptionist is unapologetic and annoyed when I keep calling back asking to speak to a real person. Customer service of ZERO. I will take my business elsewhere.
