Absolutely DO NOT buy tile here. We had such a bad experience that we eventually cancelled the order! My wife and I ordered tile, and it did not arrive on time. When we tried to call, often nobody would answer or they would say, "It's not here call again later." Finally they told us the tile was there, but when I drove to the store they said it had not arrived.We understood that there were supply chain issues for the entire industry, but Daltile had ZERO interest in customer service. The staff sits there and talks to each other and literally ignores customers! While I was at the store they told me my order should arrive later that day. When I asked how they knew that, they looked at me like I asked the most absurd question. Why should they find out when my order would arrive? After asking multiple times, they said they would look for the tracking information, so I sat there for 15 minutes. Eventually I went back and asked if they had found the tile and, again, they looked at me like I was from another planet. They said they still had not reached the supplier and it was not their fault.By this time, I was very frustrated and told them I was going to call the company that had placed the order for me. That finally prompted them to find the shipping information (apparently a customer who paid for a product wasn't enough in itself!!!). When they found my order they still could not tell me when it would arrive.While I was there I saw several people come in to look in the showroom, never to be helped, and eventually just leave. Additionally, don't expect them to be open during their business hours.In summary, Daltile has no customer service, has no idea where their products are in the supply chain, is not open during their posted hours, and will literally ignore you if you come in.
