Food is good But it's Ridiculous that I have to wait 20 minutes for the bartender to ask me for my drink order. Displeased. The lady next to me had to get his attention for me. This seems to happen every time I sit at the bar. They need more Staff!!

I am appalled on the way I was treated by one of the managers at this particular Chilis. (I have not nor ever have I been) a customer that has ever paid for a service there. But I was a company that attends the Houston Community College that the Chilis is associated (located in the parking lot of.) with. After my class I would go to Chilis and ask a waitress for a cup of water to go; in the past, waiters would give me the okay and bring me a cup of water (as I would wait). Today, I went to Chilis at around five thirty p.m. I waited at the front (at the entrance) inside for a waitress or waiter. This time, a manager approached me and asked how many is in my party. I informed her that I was just there for a to go cup of water; and I asked her nicely for a to go cup of water.... She was rude to me and said to me, "I'm going to have to ask you to leave". [I was having great day until I associated with that woman.] But then, I got home and called the establishment (Chilis). I spoke with an employ to speak with the head supervisor, not just one of the managers, but the highest authoritative one. ... She put me of the phone with him. He was nice and understanding with me; and listened to my complaint. He apologized for the other manager's attitude toward me and I tol' him he can let the other manager know that I spoke with him about my (our) conversation I had with him about my visit today there. (He was like, okay. thank you.) I do not feel comfortable to ever walk into that establishment ever again. Thank you April 2, 2014

This location isn't really situated very well. The crowd is a mix of locals, HCC students, and people who saw it from the freeway. The proximity to a major freeway interchange is bit of a turn off, but the service is alright.
