Surprising very good food, pick up was quick and the cheese cake was outstanding. So why not 5 stars...My ribs I ordered were overcooked and not very tasty. But overall I was impressed!

The food was ok. It took forever to be seated and even longer to get a waitress and our drinks. They seem to be running with less than a skeleton crew. Gone to this location twice and seems like there is one or two waitresses tops for the entire restaurant. The bar seems to get ok service so if you're dining alone or with one other person the bar is your best bet.

Well, it used to be 4, but now the food has dropped a lot with not great taste as before. You have some workers sitting during their work hours joking and laughing, while customers can see it. I noticed they don't wash the glasses behind the bar, they just dip in soapy water and put it in the clear water and just place it on the towel. It's great to have great customer service, but some waitstaff has just a bland attitude. .

My roommate and I tried to have dinner here on new year's day. We waited 10 minutes only to be told it was a 45 minute wait. Mind you, there was no one else waiting except for us. We spent our $$$ elsewhere. Maybe if they lost more $$$, they would treat people better.

Not a big fan of chilis although my two children love their chicken strips and fries. Came in today waited 15 minutes without being acknowledged by the employees that passed us. I told the kids lets go have a seat another 20 mins passed before being approached being asked if we were ready to order. I said can we get menus. Place order wait 30 minutes for 2 kids meals chicken and fries and I ordered the chicken pasta which never made to table me being patient I waited another 20 minutes before being asked if we needed anything else I said yes I would like to cancel the order for the pasta come to find out my order was never placed. The restaurant only has 4 tables of 4 max. I am a restaurant manager so I get there are a million things to do but how do you not notice your guest has no meal in front of them for 20 minutes not a single refill but after asking for check yiu came back to my table several times for my payment girl with green short hair please get it together. Didnt even offer to bring management in to fix problems.
