We have rented a climate controlled storage unit from Lakewood Mini Storage for the past year and have been extremely pleased with both the facility and the office employees. Every person in their office has been very helpful and friendly. Today was no exception. Kendra helped us sign up for another unit at the best price quickly and easily. She was very helpful, friendly and professional, explaining in detail the answers for the questions I asked.
Update: We cannot say enough great things about Brian, the manager, and Lakewood Mini Storage! Weve moved in and out of various sized climate controlled units for 5 years now-most recently, a few days ago. Brian was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly in getting us set up in a unit then quickly getting us changed to a different unit when we had to make a change. Hes a treasure!
The property is well maintained and secure. We highly recommend it.
