A crowded and popular destination. Expect a packed parking lot and the road, Dairy Ashford is in the usual Houston street condition... full of potholes, bumps and ruble.

Dining with a few good friends, parking is convenient, the food is good, everyone is happy to meet each other!

David Center is located on the corner of Cullen st. and Leeland Blvd. It's a small strip mall that houses U of H smoke shop and Sugar It's bar.

Ok shopping plaza. Didnt know there was still a no gas over on this Part of town!

Plenty of parking and some nice places to eat. Somewhat limited accessibility off of Westheimer but that is the same for everything in that area

A lot of different businesses friendly people

Lot of places to see, things to buy and foods to try, but you need to got a car, or better a truck. Unsurprisingly in Texas!

Only complaint is that the chai is too strong and hot. I get that's the authentic way of making and servicing it, but I want to enjoy the rich flavor.
