Worst company with terrible customer service
My package was supposed to be delivered on 3/31 by the end of the day. We stayed there the entire day waiting on the package. Not to mention, we have surveillance cameras in the house. Well, the day went by and the next day, they put a note saying that they attempted to deliver the package but no one was home. We were home and with the cameras running and no one showed up.
I called today at 7:51 the morning and I spoke with a man, who didnt even bother to assist, he had an attitude as soon as I told him the issue and that no one showed up. He kept interrupting me saying that thats what the drivers put and that someone shouldve been home.
Please avoid this company as much as you can.

The worse shipper in the world...They piggyback everything on USPS and charge you 4 times what usps would...Then DHL takes the item and puts it in a warehouse for days before shipping...
I just place a order with a firm..bought two item. 21/03/22.One item shipped UPS came yesterday 24th. The item shipped by DHL tracking shows its still in a warehouse...DHL picked up the item and has sat on it 3 dam days!!!! I will never buy anything that will ship dhl..I will make sure to ask!!! Bottom line DHL SUCKS!!!

I have set at my house for 2 days waiting on this package and the carriers keep lying saying attempted delivery. This is ridiculous. Hire people with integrity because I am tired of these people not doing their job but want a paycheck.
