Do not move into this place. They had a break in today, and units were flooded a month ago. It is not a reliable place to keep your extra items. This all occurred after they increased the rent.

First, my rent doubled after 3 months and I didn't receive any notification that my rent was changing. A courtesy email, text or call would have been nice.
Terrible management. The floor where my unit was flooded and I didn't receive a call but a text a few days later that my unit may have been effected and to stop by to have it inspected. I go inspect and thankfully my unit didn't flood but because it was near units that did and i had drywall, i had to vacate. They offered no help, relocation services or assistance to move to a sister location. Luckily the store manager for the location near Ikea was there and she was friendly and said her location had availability. When i go to move out, I SPECIFICALLY noted a Wednesday moveout. I moved a majority of my boxes and larger items on Monday and took my lock to the new facility. I left a metal shelf in my unit I was going to retrieve Wednesday at check out day. I got a text and email on Tuesday saying thank you for moving out. Wednesday morning I called and they said since my unit had been mostly vacated and didn't have a lock, they threw away my shelf regardless of my move out date. no courtesy call or anything. Poorly managed location
