        I've stored my things with this company for 3+ years now. I forgot my code and asked the woman for it. She was very rude about it bc my bill was due that day. I tried telling her it's on autopay that it would be paid, especially since I've been paying consistently for 3 years. However she would not give me the code until the payment went thru. I've never had an issue before but they were just rude as hell and I've been consistent for 3 years. Js

        This place is great and made my first time renting a storage unit easy and smooth. Miss ma'am inside is great ...very Friendly & informative !!! If I ever need a storage again it'll definitely be here again!!!! 10/10 I DO RECOMMEND!

      We are sorry you felt the service did not meet your expectations. The access code you were requesting was for a unit that was rented in someone else’s name. Because we take the security of our facility and our customers very seriously, we can only provide access codes to the legal account holder with proof of ID.
