Samatha was so very helpful. She gave great customer service. This is my to go to location cause I give Samatha a 1000s stars. I would like to see her smiling face again. Samatha deserve a raise add to her paycheck. Thanks again Samatha I cant thank you enough. Samatha listen at my concern .

Well nothing lasts forever. Management and Ownership have changed. Talk about from Sugar to you know the rest. When we moved our belongings into this unit in 2015 the rate was $84 a month for a 10x15 ft unit, with No A/C. We had to move out of this same unit this month. Our rate went up to $173 a month. Today the manager ( Samantha) called, with a foul attitude requesting payment. She was informed that we moved out. She still insists on payment. She also said she was charging a clean up fee. We wanted to throw away some trash, however they keep the trash dumpster locked. Shortly after this conversation, Samantha opts to turn us over to collections. The company has changed from Inwood Storage ( when they were great) Right MoveStorage to now Storage Sense - Now Awful! Dont Use This Storage location!!!
