        In a move that could have gone bad, Storage King came to the rescue! After moving a sibling's belongings from Austin to Houston, the realization came that more room was needed. As I attempted to secure something on my phone, I ran into technical trouble. Thankfully Ms. Angela (Apologies for any name error in advance... This was a NO sleep weekend) made a courtesy call to see if there was still an interest. She even called to indicate that she would be taking a lunch break soon and was inquiring about ETA so we would not miss her should we have arrived. Thank you for going beyond. At a time that was high stress, our family is truly thankful for the compassion and stellar customer service.
