        Since they changed management my experience has been awful! The new property manager is very rude unhelpful. Elevators dont work, property is dirty, and every single person Ive seen at the office has a complaint. So frustrating because the previous manager was so sweet and nice. Cant wait for the lease to be over.

        Rented from Proguard. Great experience. iStorage bought this property and it has been a mess. Have to show up in person to pay, no credit card payments, threatening email caused by their botched systems, etc. Would never do business with this company again.

        This place is not the same. Proguard was amazing! Ever since new management took over customer service has been horrendous. You can't ever get anyone on the phone, they've tried to sneak in additional fees, and I still can't pay my bill online. The website doesn't work and is antiquated and inadequate. When you finally do speak to someone, no one can tell you when online services will be fixed or when you can pay your bill. Oh, but they sure will send you a delinquent notice email. So unprofessional and poorly managed. UPDATE Now no one is responding to emails, even the so called Regional Manager Ashley Payne. Also, they've increased their unjustified harassment for delinquent notices to include texts. All this despite customers still not being able to pay using their site and their online services not working properly
