The prices are reasonable. The people there are friendly. However, the place looks like a dump. There is trash and broken unused items all over the place. There are old mattresses lying about in multiple places. Theyre even boxes of burned out lightbulbs sitting inside the hallways. There appears to be a lack of any effort to make the place Look good.

This place was much better under old management. Its run down now and while they are in the process of renovating I could only salvage a few of my things that werent completely covered in rat / mice poop. Mind you - my unit was indoor. The place is a complete sketch case now. Paying to have your stuff covered in rat droppings is a waste of money.
