Alyssa (manager) is awesome! She helped us anytime we had a question and was very nice. We had to move out early because we sold our house faster than we thought and she was very understanding and made the cancelation easy and pleasant. The units themselves were great! I felt very secure with there being codes to drive in the facility and also to get into the building itself. I highly recommend the storage company!

This is a great place to store your items. Currently, I have been at this facility for nearly three years now and never had any complaints thus for. It's kept clean, secured and easy accessible! Outstanding Customer care!

Been with premium storage for 5 yrs and never till now have had an issue the units are very well maintained and a plus that there air conditioned. Staff is friendly Ms. Alyssa is the best

I been with Preium storage for two years now they will go out there way to make ur can pay bill .and the staff is great I would recommend them to all my family and friends great job
