I dont understand why theres a service fee when they are not serving any food. It says on any order they will charge a service fee. Its not about the 3$ or the 10% its just not right. Its not a fine dine in restaurant neither do they serve the food to you at the table. You have to take the food yourself and put the plate yourself as well. Insane!

The person taking out order seemed to have an attitude when we asked him if he could add an extra shot into a frappehe said that they make them together (both me and my husband got the same kind of frappe) as if he couldnt make one normal frappe and then make the other one, individually, with the added shot. Pretty turned off but the whole ordeal..when it didnt have to be that serious. This cashier was extremely lazyand it showed with his lack of customer service. Wont be returning. Frappe wasnt even good, way too watery. smh.
