This review is only based off my tour. I came in unscheduled on Saturday and George was kind enough to give me a tour. Very nice and looks new. Luckily the model apartment was near the office and we didnt have to go to another building because they do not have go-carts to tour their grounds which will be needed as the summer comes and no one (including staff, elderly or disabled) should have to walk in that baking sun! Although I did end up signing a lease elsewhere as this was a little further away than I wanted it to be. If you work in the energy corridor and want to be close to the city as well, this is a great location for you. Also keep in mind that there is a fire station right next door to the apartment so depending on which building youre in that may be an issue for you. Random but figured Id add this too. As I was pulling in so were a few cop cars as well. Not sure what was happening but area seems quiet. Thank you George

We moved in 2022 as they were moving ownership and renaming of the property. It was a rough switch as they didnt leave much information for the lease we signed. The location is super convenient to i10/610/290 and getting to airports. Most fast food is in the area as well as Walmart and Kroger is close. The apartment itself was okay to start but as time goes by, even being new, things would break. If it was under warranty by the builder it would delay being fixed because the builder would need to send their people to fix, not the local maintenance team. I had to go above the local management to get a real resolution for not having full power for almost a week and compensation for the major inconvenience for things outside of my control. Something had blown out in the breaker box. Even then, it seemed as if local and executive management werent on the same page for the resolution and I was getting separate resolutions. Noise was a heavy issue being next to the Walmart parking lot (Walmart allows truckers to use their parking lots to rest,) the paper thin ceilings, and paper thin walls to the outside. The online community board is nothing more than people complaining to each other about noise and the issue with not picking up the dog waste. The dog waste was a real bad bad issue. Its everywhere. Some looked as if it was left by a human, it was so much and disgusting. Really concerned for the well-being of some of those dogs. You cant miss it, look at the the grass islands between the buildings if you take a tour. It would only get cleaned up after a grass cut. Those poor lawn people. You can only complain to management so much. You can only call the police/security so many times. Nothing will change. Its not in control of the management. Its the actual residents carelessness and lack of concern about being a good neighbor. Once I walked out and 3 trash bags were just left on the sidewalk. And it was left for 2 days. People would let their dogs pee in a spot that had terrible drainage and it would smell so bad in the evenings. (The work order was never done to add grass to the spot to help dry up the collection of water/pee.) In a sales environment, any office staff is going to be nice and helpful to make the sell. If not, they are doing business wrong. The reality of the community is that it was so bad, so much so, I broke the lease and purchased a house to get out of there. Theyre good at responding to their reviews but again, most of this stuff isnt in their realistic control. Sending out letters and messages are not solutions. Im not even sure what a real solution can be if the residents just dont care.

DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE!!!! Do not sign the lease unless you are ok living in a place where you have to look behind to see if you are safe to go to ur apartment or car. Or if you are ok watching your car being stolen and u cannot do anything about it. Literally Crimes everywhere and the management will tell you you are on your own. A lot of tenants are demanding for security but they dont care. A lot of crimes going on in this community. You wont be safe here. Crimes! Pet waste! Noises and a management that doesnt care but to collect money. !!!!Dont do the same mistake we did! You will definitely regret it . Just dont! There is better community out there .

Incompetent leasing office, will not take responsibility for anything. THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED! Ohh and a generic response to any poor rating is that they "are troubled" about it...despicable.
