Dwelling Place Church

Me and my family have been looking for a church for a while and my husband met joseph at a car shop a few months back uas has been inviting us to church and we finally went on easter sunday. we were so welcomed and felt like we found our home/family. The following week me and my family gave ourself to our lord and savior jesus christ we are born agian! We love the service and we love this churchhome/family.

Not a very good place to go for church Pastor jokes too much and the place felt more like a comedy show rather than a place to worship the lord

Roughly two years ago, I flew from one state to Houston, mainly to visit this congregation and was grossly disappointed. I was in the middle of a major life decision and went there to be with the Lord during their prayer service and I was surprised to see the lack of respect that was displayed in the sanctuary as I was trying to read the word. Young people were running and joking around making loud noise. I even moved from one side of the room to the other, but they continued. Finally, I called my ride around noon and left. Again I give it a try on Sunday to see if things were different, but I walked away extremely disappointed. I heard of dwelling through a very respected man of God in FL and was hoping to make this my home church, but sadly, I cant. I could be wrong, but I feel as though they have adopted the bridal language without intimacy with the Father. First love is no longer burning on the altar. The music sounds great, but there is an extreme lack of oil in the house.
