They say you don't need to know everything, but you DO need to know people that know things you don't. Nikki was that person for me in my first home buying experience. With her help, the entire process went smoothly and was a pleasant experience. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable about the market, patient, honest when I sought her opinions, and most importantly to me, an open communicator.
