Please be prepared to meet building engineers and staff who are xenophobic and rude . My every interaction with Leticia has been horrible like some of the reviewers have mentioned . Also the building engineer Leo made racists comments. There was nothing that I could do as the management needed a proof . They always put you in a hostile situation and not very understanding. The employees who work there are xenophobic and rude coz they know they can behave like this when they work for Peak Properties. I bet the staff are not going to be this rude and disrespectful if they had strict standards and cared about maintaining their quality . I highly recommend not taking apartments that are managed by peak properties .
