    TBD at Pradera Meadows has gone downhill and the white woman with glasses in charge now is very rude and nasty to customers. We are owed our deposit for 2 months and they have not lifted one finger to help us. We were good customers for a year and left due to the rudeness of this lady. and now we can't get our $2,300 deposit back or even a returned call. Horrible!!!!

    My wife and I have been leasing a townhouse at Clearwater Balmoral since 05-23 and the staff has been professional and the maintenance staff have been very timely . The neighborhood is quiet and we have not had any issues. I would refer other renters here for sure

    This review is NOT for TBD as a company and certainly not for Wan Bridge as a company. This review is for three individuals specifically within this company.Moving into a "scattered home" managed by TBD has truly been an awful experience. I wanted to make this a home that my daughter and I could stay in for a long while and not bounce around due to rent prices being raised continuously. I loved the home, it fit my budget, and appeared to be wonderful - until I moved in. I feel as though I could draft a novel of the ridiculous process, problems in this home, and how prior company employees treated me as the renter from application to a couple of months ago. The things that they were okay with my daughter and I going through or going without were mind blowing. However, when there is darkness, there is light – it just needs to be found.There are three people who have been the light at the end of the tunnel. Ranisha Avina, she is so wonderful and so good at her job. Anna Broussard, she too is amazing - super knowledgeable and a great problem-solver. Lastly, Janie - she is now over the Service Department and is in constant communication with me when there is an issue. She allows me to have my worries and express them, but she has also had them checked out and/or fixed as soon as humanly possible, if needed. The third-party companies she is passing the work to are professional and polite. If I have questions, she can answer them, and if she cannot, she finds the answer and gets back to me. These three women are kicking a** and taking names – I am certainly glad they are in the positions that they are in with this company and surely hope they are paid well and treated even better by any leadership they have. They would be the only reason I would ever want to continue giving money to this company.

    The WAN Bridge Community and TBD Management here in the Balmoral area has been nothing, but accommodating and sweet to us. We moved here from Hawaii 4 months ago, and from the very beginning, theyve been a great help! Starting from Emajin helping us with any questions we had submitting our application all the way from Hawaii, suggesting energy companies to go through, to Maria helping us on move in day. Even now, 4 months later, theyre still very helpful and pleasant. Whenever we have a maintenance request (replacing lightbulbs) Maria comes THAT SAME DAY if you dont put in the request too late. If not, she always come in first thing in the morning. If we call, someone always answers. They even held a package for me at the leasing office. Every time I experience anyone there, theyve always been very nice. Id recommend living and renting here to anyone.

    This management company is the worse. I've been in a rental house for 5 months and regret it more every month. Terrible communication (or lack there of)! Terrible wait times for maintenance requests. I had trouble with the water heater multiple times and several days without hot water before it finally got replaced. My AC went out in the middle of summer, house was over 80 degrees for 6 DAYS while I have 2 young kids before it got fixed. Trying to get the water bill situated is STILL a mess and there are astronomical charges for it. Now the electricity is sketchy. Microwave doesn't even heat at full power any more and dims all the lights in the house when it's on, even if nothing else is running. The house and management team is more of a headache then anything else! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
