The apartment at BEND AT OAK FOREST was not ready on my move-in date and was told if i wanted a different apartment i would have to pay more. I submitted multiple work orders and the maintenance has only been to my apartment once and only partially completed work order. Since i moved in the mailbox has had a broken lock and everyone has access to my documents. There is a leak in the bathroom that has gotten my water bill to be up to $150 on a studio apartment. I can keep on going...

During this month of April, I had the 60-day advance noticed posted on , my door. ( Anyone could read that wanted to). During this COVIDI-19, the Moorings Office is closed; supposedly working from home; I have attempted to contact manager (?) or assistant since the 10th day of the posted notice, each day with no I have sent emails, and left voice mail messages. Ten days have gone by during the C-Virus pandemic and the results are NOTHING!!! If they are getting paid, why aren't they doing their jobs? Worse - a notice was posted that lease payment can only be made using RENTCafe' service. I, and several neighbors I spoke with, can't get anyone to set up the RENTCafe system, and the ones that have access, it rarely works. I have tried to get an account and nothing yet in two weeks. .
