The apartment at BEND AT OAK FOREST was not ready on my move-in date and was told if i wanted a different apartment i would have to pay more. I submitted multiple work orders and the maintenance has only been to my apartment once and only partially completed work order. Since i moved in the mailbox has had a broken lock and everyone has access to my documents. There is a leak in the bathroom that has gotten my water bill to be up to $150 on a studio apartment. I can keep on going...

I, and several neighbors I spoke with, can't get anyone to set up the RENTCafe system, and the ones that have access, it rarely works. I have tried to get an account and nothing yet in two weeks. .
