SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE THESE THIEVES TO COURT. *** THEY WILL STEAL YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT, BECAUSE WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!****** This place is absolutely horrendous. They have no customer service skills, and could honestly care less about you and your property. They unfortunately took over as the management company of my apartment with two months left in my lease and literally everything has been an absolute nightmare since theyre taking over. I have called, emailed, and gotten no response. They sent me a spam looking text message when I found out they were going to be the new property managers. No call, no email, nothing in my mailbox. Just a single text message that looked like spam. Three weeks later I finally spoke to someone about removing the late fee that was tacked onto my account and had to fight tooth and nail to get it removed. Theres already been 3 new property managers (ONE OF WHICH IS APRIL, WHO IF YOU SCROLL DOWN A LITTLE FURTHER YOULL SEE SHE GAVE A 5 STAR REVIEW.) in the short time since their taking over, and on the off chance youre lucky enough that one of them picks up the phone, or replies to an email, they never have any idea what youre talking about. Do yourself a favor, and live anywhere else that actually values you as a tenant, because this place is the absolute worst. Also weird their own employees are giving it a 5 star review, thats another reason you know its shady.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ORGANIZATION!! SLUMLORDS! UNINHABITABLE AND CONDEMNED UNITS STILL BEING RENTED! COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR TENANTS RIGHTS! LAWSUIT INBOUND!!

These people run the Valencia Grove apartments and should be ashamed of themselves for the conditions and treatment of their residents
