PMI has been managing our property in Houston, TX and it has truly been a great experience. I initially reached out to PMI and the owner Anas promptly scheduled some time to talk to me in detail about my property management needs. He was extremely thorough, understood the dynamics of the city, and reassured us using data analytics to anticipate what our potential earnings would be. Anas and his wife literally manage everything from decorating and furnishing the home, taking pictures for the listing, listing the property on AirBnB/VRBO etc, prepping the locks on the door & garage, communicating with guests, and managing any issues that may arise at the home. Anas at PMI is a great communicator, he is prompt, detailed, dependable, and transparent. Whenever I had any concerns he took the time to come over and discuss it personally with my fiance and I. We are both blown away with our experience thus far with PMI, all of our guests have left 5-star reviews, and we have been 100% hands off due to how well PMI has managed every aspect of our rental home. They are the BEST short term property managers in Houston, they are family owned, and they really build a relationship with their clients. Upscale wonder home away from home ,They have all the personal touches .From water bottles by the bedside to snacks they have not missed anything. But most importantly the space is geared towards you enjoying the time with your family, a game room with games galore and a living room to relax and just enjoy .. Either way they have you covered , We have been back serval times and I look forward to the next time .
