Kenneth Powell did an excellent job relating to my concerns and being attentive to the issue I have been having with insects entering my home. After he mended the problems I felt reassured that his repairs were adequate. He made sure to check if I was satisfied with what he had done before leaving.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!! Home was subpar when it was rented. Like all renters we dont notice every single thing until we actually move in. Upon moving in several work orders were created to fix broken cabinets that look like there were falling off the wall and havent been changed since the early 90s. Showers were horrible and needed resurfacing, Company sent somebody out to reglue the crooked cabinets and cracked countertops . Air conditioning system never worked properly. They sent somebody out about 10 times for the AC alone. Each time it was patched and didnt last long in the middle of the Houston summer. It got so bad we needed a portable AC unit for over a week. We were also without hot water for almost a week due to the very old hot water heater failing. We were offered 100/night to get a hotel for a family of 5 when my rent is over 2k/month for a 4 bedroom house. They said its all they can do. The place was left in better condition than I found it but I was charged for frivolous items at the end which they deducted from my security deposit. Garage was so unsanitary it needed to be cleaned up before I would park a car in there. Dishwasher was horrid when we moved in so bad that it was never even opened. House was overall dirty. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This review section isnt long enough to list all of the problems we had with this company. I will sleep under a bridge before I every consider this company again!!!

Corbin was AMAZING! I truly appreciate him welcoming and supporting me through this transition. He was very knowledgeable about my new home and answered all of my questions. I couldnt be more grateful. Thank you Corbin!
