I did my second surgery with Dr. Morales and just like the first time the result was wonderful, the service, the attention from him and all his staff exceeded my expectations. I recommend him with my eyes closed. I have seen his work not only in myself, in other friends and all of them. We have been fascinated, for me he is the best!!

Dr. Morales changed my life in the best way possible. He is a great reconstructive surgeon. I had my expectations low going to him because I had so many things to fix, I thought it would be the impossible, but he exceeded my expectations above and beyond. He is a perfect surgeon. Hes very knowledgeable, kind, and actually cares. He envisions and listens to you. You will end up with exactly what you want. He is worth every penny!

The doctor is super arrogant and got angry because I don't agree with the result. My breasts were ugly... one super high (when you raise the left arm the prosthesis goes up) I left the pocket very small for the size of the prosthesis... The breasts are totally different... the ugliest surgery I have ever had... he recommended that I go seek other medical opinions and a doctor from the same clinic The Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery gave me a solution, that is, if the job is done poorly don't have surgery with this doctor.

Somehow my review either got deleted or hidden so for that I will give this doctor 0 stars for restricting those who are honest. I will once again say I wasted my time and money going to Dr. Morales for body. I am 2 years post op and I look a mess. He claimed he was going to take up as much fat to the bone and I have more love handles than I did before the surgery. The area above my but that he liposuction is huge and full of fat. He claimed it was swelling but it looks the same 2 years later. And they encourage you to get those pointless cool sculpting type massages thats across from their office which is overpriced and does NOT work. I seriously would not recommend this doctor. I wasted $12k+ and I could have invested it elsewhere. When I asked for a BBL, this man had the nerve to tell me he could take more fat from my sides to transfer to my hips and butt I was less than 4 months post op! How are you able to take more fat but claimed youre going down to the bone. Ridiculous, very disappointed. I follow Dr.JungMoney and Dr.Chamata on Instagram.. I WISH I knew about them before wasting my time here. Not to mention this man is so arrogant for such mediocre work. 0 stars
