I once had a consult with Dr Rodman about 3 yrs ago. I found her then to be helpful and personable. It was smooth and easy. We used facetime. The other scenarios I later had with her were a mess due to communication issues with her staff. The lady would rarely answer emails and when asked questions hardly knew what she was talking about. And unlike other Drs in the area like Dr Lee, Dr Rodman does not answer emails on her own. So, these Drs Im certain lose business and maybe they dont care, but going through a middleman makes the communication process daunting. I even had to cancel a procedure due to miscommunication. I got some $ back--but not all of it. But, I still liked this Dr and wanted to meet with her again. I met with the liaison online about to meet the Dr. But there was a technical issue. Shes in a little room with a big clock and no Dr. That was absurd. Are you that important? So, the wizard behind the curtain, I mean Dr never comes in, due to the tech issue. She does go back to talk to the Dr a few times, while I wait. Facetime is no longer allowed due to Hippa. Lots of Drs still use FT. The liaison asked me some questions, then went to the Dr, and comes back and says I had a lot done to my tissues, and this can be more complex. Do NOT ever offend anyone like that. Would you say that to your TG customers? That was so rude. And we finally got the tech issue fixed guess what the DR has NO time now. So, I wasted an hour with that nonsense and was offended in the process. Eliminate the middleman--READ your own emails and jump on the call once someone has PAID you--people
s time is valuable too--not only yours. I do NOT recommend this Dr and glad I found someone else, and she was nice and helpful and never offensive and am very happy--there are SO many to chose from.

I waited a few months after surgery to post this review because there is nothing more frustrating than trying to find a surgeon when the reviews are only about how their consultations went.
Let me start by saying that I made a wonderful choice in selecting Dr. Rodman as my surgeon for my gender affirming facial surgery (FFS). surgery was performed on Nov 30th, 2023, and two months later I am proud to say that I am over the moon ecstatic with my natural results. Doctor Rodman's technical skills, knowledge and allyship to the trans community sets her apart. Her staff was genuinely wonderful, kind and respectful. her aesthetic eye and attention to detail is outstanding, something that was demonstrated in her masterful suture work and mitigation of scaring and bruising. most importantly, she listened to my concerns and worked with me to insure we found MY face. I still have ten more months of expected swelling, but as you can tell from the pictures, the results already look amazing. Thank you, Dr. Rodman, you quite literally saved my life.

Although I hardly post negative reviews it took me 2 years to decide wether to write or or not. The reason I'm writing this review is not to bash her by any means. She is lovely, patient, professional and caring. All through my visits she was an even keel with all the attributes listed above. However, besides demanding the $12,000 fee upfront by her patient coordinator Alexis, after the grueling surgery on the left side of my neck there was long lump like tissue thick line left which is still slightly visible. On the right side I developed a knot quite visible right after surgery about the size of a small cherry. It greatly concerned me and Dr. Rodman reassured me it's nothing dangerous but it could result from some flu or just some tissues from prior illness. I have hypothyroidism that does not cause this. She offered to cut it out for $500 which I refused. Over time it has faded to a small pea size knot not quite tottaly gone. My neck had some vertical loose skin under my chin directly is why I chose this less invasive surgery. The lines are now multiple there are 3-4 vertical lines quite visible in photos. I have regularly Botox, fillers done. Dr. Rodman has also injected Bellafill under my eyes 5 syringes which hardly corrected my undereye issues. I'm used of Juvederm and Restylane for that job. I went back several times and she injected Restylane until the filler showed and was evenly corrected. She did extract the prior old fillers before reinjecting which I greatly appreciate, since I looked too puffy. But it took several more visits and at least $2500 more to correct the Bellafill which did not work for me at all. It was added with surgery it was a few thousand dollars, but I needed Restylane to get the job done. Anyway, I respect this doctor's drastic career change later in life I've done it myself but I cannot say that I am happy with the results, nor that I would recommend this P. S. I've moved since from Texas and now I'm looking forward to finding and seeing a new P. S. who can redo my neck and perform other ps procedures in the Las Vegas area where I live now. Thank you.

My osseous genioplasty when very well! I am a few weeks post op, so I am still swollen, but very happy with the results so far!
I chose Dr. Rodman because she performs this surgery often, and I found her before and afters very impressive. My chin was not especially recessed, but I knew it was small proportionally. I saw Dr. Rodman had achieved quite a bit of projection with patients who had far more recessed chins than mine, so I was confident she could work with me. I knew I didnt want an implant. Dr. Rodman always takes the time to talk with me and answer my questions which is what so important to me. Highly recommend!
