Little Caesars Pizza

Place not great.slow service and employees dont want to be their at all.never enough workers.they only have 1 or 2 people and long terrible wait to get your order.about 2 hours just to get a pepperoni pizza.bad service at this location.maybe lil ceaser not paying good or something because nobody wants to help you here.bad customers service always.

This place usually don't have hot and ready available. This place needs 0 stars! Folks when will come in and buy tons of what they cook so they run out. If you place an order online hours ahead of the time you pick up, they will not have it ready on time. This location was really good 4 years ago but clearly the crew and manager of that time has long been gone because I have eaten and seen the decline since then. This pizza taste bad and the dough is made wrong!So I went to the next closest one on Shawdowcreek Parkway aka FM 2234 and that location taste bad so I gave up this brand all together. I guess you get what you pay for.

Worst location ever. Only been there once and that was by mistake. Ordered at the wrong location so I called to cancel the order when I realized and no one answered the phone. So I said f it I drove there which was the opposite direction in which I was going. When I got home opened the box the pizza was burnt and looked as if it had been sitting out . It was not fresh at all....that is a terrible location and need to be shut down .

This place sucks all the time I come here all the employees just listening to music dancing in the back.you get paid to dance and talk because all the employees this location terrible.they take 2 hours get your order done.stop talking with everyone that work their because this location is awful. Bad customers service here and employees always mad rolling their eyes.their never pizza made and people I see around me get mad because the employees here always goofing off and dancing with Bluetooth speaker with music turnt all the way up.terrible

I wish 0 stars were a thing after wasting my life at this location. Came in here one night to pick up a single pepperoni pizza and a pack of brownies. There were a good amount of people waiting in the lobby area since the kitchen was extremely slow. However, the cashier at the front was utterly useless. She talked to her friends that walked in before customers who were already waiting, and ignored a handful of customers waiting to order. She spent more time walking to the back of the kitchen and complaining to her co-worker than doing her job, and it was obvious she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. Her co-worker, the larger female, also did nothing. She sat on her phone in the back while customers were waiting for their orders, and when she did come to the front, only spoke to the cashier. She even tried to encourage her to stop taking orders (the restaurant stops taking orders at 8PM) since the restaurant was backed-up, but it was 7:42PM. Despite her complaining, she was not working at all. The manager at this location was the only person doing some sort of work to help this establishment. He was preparing pizzas and trying to single-handedly fulfill the orders coming in. The second worker who was preparing pizzas was working at quite literally the pace of one pizza per hour. Is it really that difficult? Another thing, the manager did nothing but promote his staff's laziness. Never once did he reprimand his employees for slacking off (in plain view). I have low expectations from Little Caesar's, but this location shocked me at how bad it is. It's amazing how much effort its employees will put into avoiding doing their jobs. It could not be any clearer that they hate their jobs, and I truly believe they do not deserve whatever pay they are getting. Don't waste your time or money here.
