It wasn't the employees it is the people that go in these places everybody trying to cut in front of people and getting an attitude because they made a mistake as I made a mistake and waited an extra 15 minutes to leave my house when they told me it would be done in 15 minutes I didn't leave for a whole 30 minutes all together that was my mistake but I wanted it when I got there and I couldn't get the people that were making orders out of my way to pay for mine and get out of there so that was my mistake and when it's our mistake we need to have patience the people that went in there were so rude and so ugly to the workers you know the workers were doing their job most of us were the ones that made the mistakes to where they couldn't do their job properly for the people that didn't make mistakes it was a bad experience for a lot of us that night which was today November 20th 2021

I made my first online order for this location. The pizza was so good, hot, and delicious. This was a few weeks ago. Today though, I was in a different location. I placed a couple of online orders. One order went to this location, and the other to location I was closest to. I picked up my order from the Cullen location, and I was instructed to contact the OST location for instructions on how to get my order resolved. I called up and spoke with a young man by the name Jamal. He was so professional and courteous. He listened to my order issue, took note, and made it right. He called me right back, with an informed solution. I was offered a credit balance, and all is well. Jamal made my night, and I am extremely grateful for the way that he resolved my situation. Very professional and respectful, young man 😁🍕
