        I had a horrible experience. I will never return to this Cicis again. The food was nasty. A frozen pizza is better than the pizzas they serve. Jose (the manager) is rude. He kept looking at us the entire time. Online shows they close at 11:00 PM. At 9:55 PM, he said, "We are closed." I told him that we are still eating. He told me the buffett is closed and threw away the food. He did not ask if we want more food before throwing it away. I showed him online states they close at 11:00 PM. It was late and this was the only reason we came to this location. He stated they close at 10:00 and the time is wrong. Also, they were out of straws. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Please buy a frozen pizza instead.
