        Received...haven't needed to use yet. Did ask to enclose in a plastic bag and taping prior to boxing it up and shpg...Nope. Simple ask for this courtesy as spouse has Parkinson's but they opted not to comply. Bye.

        Ordered 18 oz cans of PTPI as advertised on website but received 14 oz cans. After calling about this, i was told it was a known issue and was supposed to have been fixed in the past. It would've been nice if they had thrown in 3 extra cans (to adjust for the ounces I was expecting to receive) for the mistake but nothing was done to remedy it. The only reason I ordered so much from this particular site was because it was a great price...turns out it is not the correct price so keep that in mind if you order ptpi from them. Other than that, good company.
