        I had a small apartment complex recently treated for termites with one apartment needing extra attention. The sales guy sold me a one-time treatment for $5,000 to drill holes around the perimeter to add poison, and install an access panel in the wall of the affected apartment. Well, that didnt happen because the tech didnt want to do the work. He expected me, the customer, to remove a dishwasher and cut an access hole in the sheetrock for him so he could spray chemicals. Terminix quoted the job, but didnt fulfill their obligation to the contract. No discount was offered for my added expense. After the job was done they quickly charged my credit card. The sales guy was made aware of situation but wasnt proactive in a resolution. I will not refer Terminix because of unprofessional way this situation was handled.
