Appointment at 10 drove a hour...to get here got here 30 minutes early...it is now 11:10 still waiting...last time coming here!!!!!

My experience at kids and teens dental has always been great and very informative. The receptionist Elisabeth, has great customer service, Carolina was very patient with my son and always kept a smile on her face when dealing with my son and younger kids. This is the second time my son had to have a procedure with Cecilia Carpio, and she does a wonderful job, she knows what she's doing I would recommend that you see her if you have younger kids who have to get a crown or teeth pulled. I was notified During every step of the procedure and it was fast. Thank you.

I would like to give a great Thank You to Kids&Teens Dental Place. For the past 12 yrs its been Absolutely full of wonderful experiences, for my kids! My son, whos 20yrs and my daughter who is 18yrs old now have had challenging experiences going to the dentist in the past. The STAFF (receptionists, assistants, hygienist and Doctors) have allayed any fears, with their patience and kindness. Thank you all!!

Just had the 2nd worst experience at this place. The Doctor has TERRIBLE bedside manner for her to be working with children. Because my daughter cried during uncomfortable xrays she started rolling her eyes at my daughter instead of giving her comfort. My baby said she didn't want to be there because she was hurting the doctor replied we don't want you to be here either but we have to do these xrays. My baby said she shoved it in her mouth and she did because now her mouth is bleeding. Taking her to another dentist as we speak because I don't even trust what she even did. The first experience she did the same thing with the rolling of the eyes because both my girls don't like the uncomfortable xrays heck some growups don't like those xrays but then you get mad and lean on my kids while you clean there teeth. Yes my kids talk up for themselves and I stand behind what they say 1000 percent. Learn some bedside manner for those that are uncomfortable don't make them feel even worse. And the Lil nurse with the puff you need to find a better attitude as well because when you where asked do they have a non invasive xray machine for children with mouth pain you just walked off, well I guess so if Dr Cordio acts the same way. DO BETTER KIDS N TEENS.

I have so much to share about this place. When I first entered the office, both my son and I were nervous and scared. Another dentist had referred us to a surgery center for my 8-year-olds dental work, but they didnt accept my insurance, which turned out to be a blessing because I preferred to avoid anesthesia for my son. Upon a former employees recommendation, I decided to try this dental office again, despite previously switching to a closer one, which turned out to be a mistake. From the moment I made the first call, I felt relieved when they offered us an appointment the same day. When we arrived, the receptionist and dental assistant were very courteous. Dr. Carpio thoroughly explained the process, giving me hope and further relief. Although my son was nervous, Dr. Carpio and the staff managed to complete the procedure efficiently, despite my initial expectation of a lengthy appointment. I cant thank Dr. Carpio and the staff enough for their assistance and for ensuring my sons well-being. You are truly the best!
