Worst experience ever the work dr Lee did on my partial was terrible went back in to ask for the things that were wrong to be fixed and he did nothing just told me he already did what he could do they are a very uncomfortable fit digs in my gums the color of the gum is wrong and the teeth are too small the clamps cover my other teeth and puts too much pressure on them went and got a second opinion and that dentist couldnt believe how poorly dr Lee work was done look like he gave me some wax gums with thumb tacts in them also if you want to save money and dont want all your insurance money used all up PLEASE DONT GO HERE

Had a great experience, Alberto explained and the treatment well and the cleaning was awesome! Dr. Lee did a great job at explaining treatment and made me feel comfortable

I visited URBN Dental for the first time after about a year or two from not going to the dentist, so I needed a deep cleaning obviously. By far, it was my best experience ever! Parking was a breeze in the garage and they validate tickets. I was instantly greeted and within 5 minutes of my appointment time I was called to the back room where they begin to numb my mouth. I have never had a dentist office use numbing gel for a deep cleaning, but it made the process more doable. Dr. Lee administered the anesthesiology to ensure my gums were numb and doing this after having the numbing gel did not hurt as much as it had in the past. Krista was my hygienist and she is the reason I had to write this review! Her attention to detail, coaching me through what she was doing and about to do was TOP TIER! Any time she sensed that I was experiencing pain, she swiftly asked me how I was doing and applied numbing gel if necessary. I also experienced acute trauma to my left ear some years back so when the drill was too much instead of continuing, she proceeded with manually cleaning my teeth. After everything was completed, they gifted me with a Quip toothbrush and several other products to take care of my teeth until my next cleaning! I definitely am glad that I decided to try them out and will be back to ensure my teeth stay as clean as can be!!!

Edit: I haven't been here in a while >1 year, but wanted to update my review. My last visit with Dr. Park was horrible. I have a very small mouth and my jaw opening is smaller than average. Dr. Park made multiple comments to the lovely hygienist "wow these are the most difficult fillings I've ever done." "I'm too tired for this. I need to go home." and also dismissed when I tried to tell her I was in pain (the anesthetic wasn't working on one side). She asked me why I didn't tell her, and I replied that I tried! I haven't been able to floss between my fillings on the upper left side and have chronic pain there. However, I have been too scared to say anything because of how awful that visit was. Review #1: I was overdue for my cleanings and dreading going in. Everyone at URBN midtown from front desk, x-rays, the doc, and my dental hygienist Jorge made me at ease.
