I had a visit with the doctor in March and after I was asked to pay the copay. I was asked for another fee for the hearing test. I refused cause that's another 100 and I have coverage. When I ask the rep why the extra fee, she mentions that's what my insurance stated. Ummm little did they know I work for UHC! I deal with this everyday! Come to find out their audiology dept is out of network. My insurance covers 100% for a hearing test. I could easily go down the street and get one for free! Of course they wouldn't tell you they're out of network, on top of that I paid another fee for ear wax removal. Seems odd to me when the copay covers the entire visit except labs. I knew something was odd, I checked my explanation of benefits the office charged my insurance 151.00 for ear wax removal, plus my fee! Which is not noted in the document. I called the office back and now I'm getting a refund for the extra fee. FYI- always check with your insurance, do not go what others say!! Due diligence people!

Please, waste your time with this rubbish clinic, the customer service is disgusting, I called them, they told me I needed a reference, I waited 1 month for them to give it to me when I already had it, they told me they couldn't see my daughter because of her age, I asked to speak. with a boss in charge they said that they were not going to leave a patient to treat me, my daughter is seriously ill with an earache, they have no ethics

They are excellent. The staff and doctors in general are very caring for the patients. Dr Pasha is extraordinary.
