Dr. Philip A. Matorin MD - West Houston Office

Dr Matorin seems knowledgeable, and his staff is welcoming enough, but I will be looking to switch doctors ASAP. His office has extremely poor scheduling with ridiculous wait times. First visit scheduled at 9:00am, we arrive on time and left waiting for 2 hours. We weren't seen until 11. Second visit scheduled at 10:00am. HIS office calls to move our appointment to 8:30am. We agree to have our appointment moved. We show up at 8:30am. We were not seen until 10:00am which was our original appointment time. A disrespectful slap in the face.

The STAFF and DR. MATORIN provided me with an EXELLENT PATIENT EXPERIENCE and educated me on things I never would imagine about the ear, nose, and throat. Dr. Matorins knowledge and explanation on how to treat and resolve my issues was very IMPRESSIVE. A lot of other doctors don't take the time to educate patients but Dr. Matorin does and he made it EASY to understand everything relative to my visit and how to take care of and RESOLVED my issues. I will definitely recommend everyone in need of a solid, trustworthy, caring, cool and ethical ENT like Dr. Matorin and his staff. Thanks for helping me worry less also. 10 STARS :)

My very first visit with Dr. Matorin was totally awesome. The staff was very helpful and nice. The doctor was extremely tentative, very informative as he rendered service. I would most definitely refer him to my family and friends.
