        Dr. Lee did not rush through the visit. He took the time to listen to my questions and asked periodically if I had any questions. He explained all of the films and test results and interpreted what they all meant about my condition. He explained my condition and what next steps would be and made sure I understood and did not have any more questions. He welcomed me to use the online portal or call if I had any questions or concerns. His approach was just the mix of kindness and expertise I needed.
