I highly recommend Eye to Eye in the Heights! Dr. Hung is so nice and patient and explains your eye exam process step-by-step so you can understand exactly what is going on with your vision! Her team is really helpful and always so sweet! They have a wonderful selection of frames and you can bring your own!

Great doctors, organized staff. They are very thorough in your eye exam and offer the best in eye care and eye wear. They answer the phone, call you back, respond by text, and are very prompt. They are also very sweet and readily fixed a pair of glasses that my child ripped apart. The only negative has been wait times. I don't think I've ever been there for an appointment with a wait time less than 30-45 minutes after my scheduled time, even morning appointments. If you're a frequent flyer here it would be something to consider. If you are an annual patient then I personally don't think it's a huge bother, especially compared with the level of service you get from doctors and staff.
