        Staff members are not friendly and very forgetful. I have been to this location a couple of times. Every time before I leave, I ask Have you sent my prescription to the pharmacy? They always say yes. When I get to the pharmacy, guess what? NO PRESCRIPTION ORDER has been placed. It sometimes takes days of me calling them back and forth to get them to send it.

        I have been here for an hour and still have not seen the doctor. I know they expect the patient to get here on time. I expect the same courtesy from the doctor.

        I developed a corneal ulcer in my left eye and Dr .Pitts saved my eye sight .I was blind in that eye when I arrived. Will always be grateful to him .
