Stellar, and I mean STELLAR service from Kimberly and Mr Asner. Quick, professional and trustworthy and you have reasonable prices as well as perform more services than oil change. This was a 1960 W location near Kuykendahl.

Extensive damage to my car due to pure negligence on their part. Did not lock oil cap back into place and car broke down. They put me in danger. Not to mention how expensive and rude they are. DO NOT GO HERE! Reported them to BBB and DM will not help you at all. I had no problems with my car until this oil change and it costs me 2100.00 to have repairs done due to their negligence. They say they are not responsible. So many people are having issues with them too. Just look at the reviews! Save yourself the hassle and headaches. And a lot of money!!!

Went in for an oil change at the FM location. By the time I got to my job, my vehicle had NO oil. My engine started making a knocking sound and a burning smell came from it. I rushed to a different TAKE 5 where they confirmed my vehicle had NO oil. (NO WASHER FLUID either) Turns out the second TAKE 5 had to REPLACE my gasket because I dont know what was done wrong at the first shop and ADD oil. I had to miss work due to this. My check engine light is now on. I have a brand new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had absolutely no issues prior to this incident. I have attached pictures of the receipt where I was charged over $75+ to have my vehicle initially serviced. Pictures of my vehicle with NO oil and a picture of the receipt I was given at the second Take 5 location where my vehicle had to be reserviced. I am in the process of contacting corporate for a refund and repair of my vehicle. Its horrible waisting time and loosing wages from my job due to missing my shift because of the negligence of this business.
