        Liars! They charge you more than youre quoted, my invoice and my credit card statement show two different amounts. There are PLENTY of reputable companies around.THIS AINT IT!!!!! Save yourself the trouble and find someone honest to help you!!!!

        The young man did all he could to find me a tire for my truck (used) but wasn't able to he went above and beyond...I also appreciated his patience n professionalism

        This place is horrible. No supervision for the work. Charge me $963.68 for 2 new wheels +break + 1 motor for window door in the front. They did a poor job. I should have went with the Poutous auto repair near Willowbrook that charge the same price. This firestone cypress doesnt put safety of customer nor care about quality of their work. One side of the wheel both my husband and I smell wheel burn and I feel the heat when stand nearby after driving and its december ~60F weather outside. basically they didn't install the new break rotor + pad correctly: this is dangerous. Also the window motor that they just installed was not connected properly to the driver side so I couldnt control the window door at all. On top of that, the technician spill oil on my car seat and didnt clean it up. Do not go to this place unless you want to spend more money for them to fix their own mistakes.

      We appreciate your review. We did not charge you more then what we quoted nor did we charge you a different amount on your credit card. You already tried Cheating us out of our money by disputing it didn’t work with the credit card company, which is fraud. Since that didn’t work, now you can give us the bad review… We or any other shop do not force you to get any services, you have the right to do your research, BEFORE you purchase, not Three months after you received your services.
