I went to South Nissan to inquire about a trade in. I received exceptional service from the staff. I didnt have to worry about anything, I was taken care of. This was the easiest purchase I have ever made on a vehicle and I got a good deal for my trade in and new vehicle. I did not spend a lot of time there, the process was quick. Super thank you to everyone for making this a great experience and special thank you to Justin and RT. They are awesome!!!Andrew was my service advisor and he is very nice and he made sure my concerns were met.

Beware! Worst Nissan dealer in the Houston market. Did not provide a good customer experience. Diagnostic fees vary high and not explained correctly by service center, as I am being told by Manager Chris. After I agree to have something fixed they still charged diagnostic fee due to them sending me to a different Department to get fixed. The different department is the collision center under the same company. The manager, during our conversation, brought up it would be different if they couldnt fix the issue. I bring up they cant fix the issue. He proceeds to tell me that the other department can fix the issue and I would have to discuss with them. If you are the same company why would I have to explain? Isnt this when a great customer experience would be calling them and finding out more info? Once I get to the collision center it takes them less then 5 minutes to find the same issue and they didnt charge me a diagnostic fee but will get me a quote. This location does not want to resolve issues or concerns. They are NOT concerned with a great customer experience. There are other dealers that will give you a better experience. Update- received my car from the other department today that is still connected in name to this Nissan dealership. Charge was $1100 for replacement of one the electrical struts that open and shut the back door. Come to find out there was no damage as the dealership had thought. They originally thought the holes by were the struts were located were broken but come to find out this is where a grommet wiring go. Once again they have not refunded the diagnostic fee even though I paid almost $2000. Overall bad business practice and horrible customer service. They did call saying the next oil change was on them and they would clean my car. This came from the service associate. Keep in mind they didnt clean my car this time. Why would I trust there word at this time? They did ask that I take off the review if I wanted. I am surprised a manager has not called, its obviously not that important to them.
