Michael was helpful with my mortgage loan application, he was able to answer all the questions I had regarding purchasing a house. When buying a home who you choose to work with on the financing is just as important as choosing the right realtor. We were buying our first home in the US, so the whole process of getting approved for a loan and getting everything in place for closing on time, was a completely new process with a lot of requirements, but luckily we had Michael Moh in our corner. Not only did he get us the best rate possible, which when it comes down to it is what you want, but he also made sure that we were able to get the house we wanted by getting us pre-approved quickly so we could make a strong offer. He kept us informed throughout the whole closing process and made sure that we closed on time.
Based on our experience with Michael I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to finance a home purchase as you can count on him every step of the way.
