I have used David's service for four properties I purchased in 2021. Each time, I had no worries about the process of getting the loan closed due to David's responsiveness as well as how prepared he was. He made it easy to close on time and he always had a winning option for me to choose when it came to which product to use (hard money, conventional, etc.).
