They scheduled me for couciling with a councilor that is not yet credited with my insurance network. They confirmed my network when the appointment was made and could have told me this at the time, but no. I find this out 3 weeks later, the morning of, as I'm standing in the office for the appointment.

This place is SO sketchy! I had a telehealth appointment set up (1st appointment ever with them,) and something wasn't adding up. I was in desperate need of getting refills for my antidepressants I had been out of, this was the 1st place I found in hopes of getting help, BOY, WHAT A MISTAKE! I ended up hanging up on the alleged guy from finance because he started raising his voice to me about giving him my credit card info. Everything in me said that this place is a BAD IDEA while I was still on the phone. STAY AWAY from here! They don't return phone calls, they don't know anything about mental health care, heck, quite honestly, I question whether or not this is a real place,or a group of people running a scam and hacking lives... Read the reviews, you'll notice a pattern. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN!!!

If I could rate no stars I would. We have been waiting since October for therapy services , I have called numerous times over the last 90 days and each time Im told that someone will return my call only for no one to ever call. This is the most unprofessional incompetent group Ive ever come across. Currently looking into other options to get my teen the help she needs. This place amazes me that they are somehow still operating! What a disgrace !

Horrible customer service! Set me up for a video call for first visit never received information to do the zoom call and never got a call back to reschedule. To seek counseling and to be put through stress just to start your therapy sucks it added stress! Dont use these people!

This place is awful. Ive been calling for the past 2 weeks to get my daughters results. Her initial visit was 2 months ago. If you call their number, youll be told that someone will call you back but they dont. They dont respond to voicemails either. Their scheduling department is horrible. Poor customer service all around.
