Dianah was our customer service representative on our trip 1/4-5/22. We had submitted a brochure for printing from Our home base in California. We picked up on 1/4 right before closing. The print was not to our level of quality. I called Dinah the next morning. Without hesitation she offered multiple options to correct the situation. We were on the move to our convention in Galveston and she even offered to swing the project to the nearest store on the trip. After some consideration, why would I drift from someone who already has gone to the next level for us? We took a detour back to her store and she reprinted the brochures and upgraded the paper. We are so happy with the final project and openly excited to distribute these brochures representing our brand. Thank you so much Dinah!

I had spoken to Dianna. She told me she was the supervisor. I had placed several times an order from phone. I am COVID positive and I was not able to come to the store to place an order. She’s very rude and not understanding. I never had a problem like this before but I have to give 1 start for her customer service skills.

Dianah in the printing services is simply exceptional! She took the time to understand my requirements to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and even suggested options for better quality! She's super friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on the printing process and products - and I will keep returning to this location just to be able to work with her, because I know I'm in good hands for all my printing needs!

Had some business cards/promotional material printed up - it was a rush job, but needed to look nice. Though their system for submitting designs was a bit wonky, and I had to re-submit my PDFs, the cards turned out great, and just in time. Frankly, the staff could afford to be more courteous and pleasant, but when the job is done well, I don't mind a little attitude. If you've got a last-minute printing need and don't mind an eye roll here or there, I can heartily recommend this Staples as a solution.
