Quest Diagnostics - Closed

The phlebotomist at Quest damaged my nerve when she was drawing my blood on 1/18. Ive been having really bad forearm and upper arm pain and feeling of tingling these days. When she was drawing my blood, I felt a sharp pain, extreme heat as if on fire from my elbow to my finger. it was extremely painful and I asked her if she hurt my nerves but she was saying the blood was coming out so she got the right position. I asked her to take off the needle but she kept the needle in because the blood was being drawn. it got better later after I came back home. however it got worse a few days later. Now it's getting extremely painful I'm not able to do normal things like typing, doing my dishes or cutting stuff. I saw my PCP and she recommended ibuprofen. she also referred me to a neurologist. however I haven't been able to make an appointment soon so it's really frustrating. I tried calling the Quest office but not able to be transferred to a real agent

Viola was absolutely wonderful. Shes such a nice, friendly, sweet and welcoming person, apart from professional and efficient. She made me feel completely comfortable and drew my blood with ease and skill. She also showed concern for my well-being after leaving the clinic (a first from my many times at other QuestDiagnostic locations!), and I was grateful for her kind advice. I was also in and out in 15 min. I will make this location my to-go place for lab work from now on.

I had to go to Quest for blood work. I was nervous since reading all Quest location reviews and seeing low ratings. This location was the highest and many mentioned a lady that did well with blood work. I was told she no longer worked there but the 2 ladies that seen me were wonderful. One was named Shanon or Sharron... something along those lines. They were bother super kind and patient. I made my appointment online. I checked in through text provided link and was seen within minutes of arriving. I believe I was in and out withing 15mins. What took the longest was finding a good vein. I also read on here that there was a $10 parking fee. It was free for me. I think the sign said under 30 mins is free, 30mins-1hr is $5 and over an hour is $10. I could be wrong but I suggest making an appointment and saving time.
