Wow, they literally had my review wiped after I got my entire $400 refunded by corporate? SHORT SUMMARY: THIS PLACE DOES NOT REGULARLY STAFF A REAL PHLEBOTOMIST. They pretend to, though! We drove two hours round trip for a test we paid $400 for on top of $125 to get a caretaker to watch my mom while we were gone, and they COULD NOT DRAW HIS BLOOD, NO JOKE. No one has ever failed to draw his blood before as he has huge visible palpable veins! Didnt stop them from trying six times though, then having the gall to say we should come on Monday when the real phlebotomist is there. (Yes, they let that slip!!) We already took Friday off! We had an appointment, so why wasnt a real phlebotomist there? The experience made me quit recommending SpectraCell to people after I used to recommend it for years. I mean, we literally couldnt get the test done, how could I recommend it anymore?

For many years I suffered with an iron deficiency and had to take iron pills daily. Since my early teenage years. Fast forward, 49 years of age, in 2021, I had to be hospitalized and had to get a blood transfusion. Scariest feeling in the world. After that scary incident, I decided to get the micronutrient test offered at SpectraCell Laboratories. I received my results, got the consultation and I did what was suggested. Within 4 days the results were life changing. My energy was up, I actually felt like cleaning my house, going out for a walk, my thoughts were clear. When I say life changing, this was huge for me. 2 years later to date, I'm still in a great space. My cycles we're heavy before getting this test and my menstrual pain was to the point I couldn't go to work. But this test honestly helped me in so many ways. I now don't suffer with menstrual pain, my cycles are very light, I don't miss family time because I was too tired. Best part, I didn't have to take prescription drugs to fix my problem.
