I was impressed and more than satisfied by the service and treatments she provided. She has a very pleasant personality, explains everything very precisely, and is very professional.         They send a text message stating that our contacts were ready, I spend about two hours trying to get an appointment for pick up, they said I don't need an appointment, we were there at the Gramercy place like and hour driving spending gas and now we need an appointment. Please give an answer, train your personal better.

        Terrible experience. Was scheduled for an appointment on Saturday and once arrived told they couldn't see me. Waste of time. Do not go here and save your time
